The human sense of smell is quite good, and matters more than you know

Smell is often dismissed as a less important sense, but it makes our lives much more vivid, says Jonas Olofsson

There is something about wine experts that rubs people the wrong way. Wine tasting has become the epitome of a privileged elite who spend their days nose deep in a glass of swirling pinot noir.
