Salary:
PAYE from £40.00 - £50.00 per hour or Umbrella from £55.00 - £66.00 per hour, inside IR35.
Medical Solutions Lead Role:
- Scientific Knowledge & TA Leadership: Act as the highest scientific expert for the asset and therapeutic area.
- Regional Medical Activities: Supporting the execution of regional medical activities, including international congresses and pan-European initiatives.
- Development of Regional Solutions: Develop coordinated regional solutions for medical education and patient identification.
- Medical Content and Communication: Ensure review of relevant regional medical content and develop advocacy concepts.
- External Engagement: Engage with top national and international Thought Leaders (KOLs) and build regional networks.
- Medical Insights & Strategy: Consolidate regional medical insights and contribute to global medical strategy.
- Medical Community Engagement: Support the medical lead with the regional medical community for the assigned disease area and asset.
- Capability Building: Support local teams and global medical community with training on the latest medical data.
Your Background:
- Master's Degree or Pharmacy degree required, Ph.D. preferred.
- Extensive experience in Neurology (MG) preferred, or Rare disease.
- Substantial Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical industry (5+ years).
- Experience of Supported Congress and KOL engagement.
- Strong strategic acumen, business acumen, and ability to critically analyze complex data.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong communication skills, and adaptability.
